At Josey Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear and western apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or use from the field.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
